Although Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy: Definitive Edition didn’t launch in the best of shape, the game has been given the all-clear to go mobile after months of fixes. Now, Netflix, iOS, and Android users can access the remastered trilogy that defined the series.

Members get instant access to the Definitive Edition, which includes updated remasters of GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas, just like they do for all other Netflix titles. You can buy them separately or as part of the Trilogy bundle on mobile.

The mobile version of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy: Definitive Edition was initially scheduled to release in early 2022, but it debuted first for consoles and PCs in November 2021. Among other bells and whistles, these enhanced reimaginings of the 2000s classics include sophisticated lighting and weather effects, high-resolution textures, and updated controls (inspired by GTA V). However, the mobile version experienced a significant delay while Rockstar worked to enhance the released versions, as a result of player complaints regarding the collection’s subpar launch state.

Rockstar Games scheduled the release of Grand Theft Auto VI for 2025, along with the announcement of The Trilogy. You can watch the game’s debut trailer here.
